This year I’ve made a few changes in my life and have encorporated some yoga into my growing. Every tuesday morning since I came back from San Fransico I attended class with Zamanta Archibold over at Deering Estates. I have learned how to breathe and using my own body as a tool in becoming a better person. This morning was fun I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t feel like going to class but I got out of bed and went. Lucky me I was the only student and was able to get a little more extra loving care. It has left completely exhausted but in a good way. Practicng yoga and meditating are helping me find where my energies need to be focused.
