Happy New Year!
Can you believe it friends we made it through 2020 together. The year that tested our entire worlds faith in one another. And you know what we prevailed. Supporting one another through one of the toughest years; we showed compassion, love and grace to each other and to ourselves. I am proud to have gotten through this year with the ones I love the most. Lost hit our family differently through out the pandemic but having created a world that I cherish more than my own life and being able to spend 365 days at home with them was the best blessing coming out of 2020.
That is why I am delighted about what 2021 has in store for my family, my husband and myself especially.  A few things I am hoping to get back to this year are posting weekly in this space and some styling videos over on my Instagram. With that said lets get right into it with my first post 2021!
Are you experiencing the after holiday blues? Then you have landed in the right place. If your like our family then you know ending the year and starting a new year can look a bit blurry. I am here to tell you that Ramen is the cure for those sleepy days after Christmas or as your come down from your New Years Eve high. A few days ago after the high of opening presents and the fascination of them dying after literally ten seconds. Mom and Dad needed something to get us and the kids away from the viscous after Christmas cycle of opening presents, putting them together, finding batteries to only hear after five minutes they were bored. We knew we had to do something quick or we’d all loose our minds. What did we do? Eat Ramen of course!
Ramen is one of those foods that comforts everyone’s bellies and souls. Here are five of our family’s top Ramen Restaurants in Fort Lauderdale.
Five Kid Friendly Ramen Restaurants In Fort Lauderdale
Get In Ramen located in Dania Pointe
In Ramen is a exciting new way to experience Asian Street Food in Fort Lauderdale. Ramen that is made fresh right in front of you is what got me. I am all about the experience when dining out and being able to see the chef bring to life the different parts of each dish is what fascinates me most. Oh and they have these hand made bamboo ladles that also make for a fun eating experience. In ramen is must try!
Temple Street Eatery located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Less than ten minutes from my front door Temple Street Eatery was my go-to during the pandemic. They offered these amazing dinner packages daily for two or four. They were perfect for a Friday night in when it was just us two and the kids were spending the night at grandma’s or when we were all quarantining to stay safe. On days when I needed a breather I would take myself out on a few mommy day date, one of my favorites is their mini beef arepas.
Eat At Bento located in Tower Shops
Eat at Bento was and is still a family favorite. Rian would request bubble tea from them regularly that at one point it was becoming weekly! When I was pregnant with Neve and craving Ramen Rian and I would have a mommy and me lunch date. What I love about Eat at Bento is that they have a variety of choices for everyone. Dad typically gets Ramen, I go for the sushi and the kids love the noodles with Katsu Chicken. If you haven’t tried Eat at Bento yet then what are you waiting for? Go have some noods!
Senbazuru Asian Fusion Tapas located at Sistrunk Market Place
Shimuja South Florida located in Davie, Florida
Ramen on the next level. The broths are so complex you know that $20 for a bowl of ramen is worth every penny.
If I haven’t enticed you enough to want to have some Ramen then my job is not complete. But if your mouth is watering and you can’t wait to go have ramen. Tag me @cincitystyleedition and use hashtag #cincityeats. I want to know what your eating and some of your fave ramen spots.
