For as long as I could recall the only time I really cared for breakfast has been when I am vacationing or working outside of my home, even then I tend to skip it.  Once I became a stay at home mom not much has changed. I still only have coffee in the morning then I’ll have lunch in the afternoon.  But these quarantine summer days are now a lot longer and the kids out of school.  Which means most of my time is spent feeding and entertaining my babies during those morning hours. By the afternoon I found that I had used up so much energy even when I did finally eat lunch I was feeling sluggish right after.  Around the same time Revive Super Foods contacted me about giving there ready to blend frozen super food smoothies a try.  This would be a great way for me to introduce some energy boosting meals into my mornings so that I wasn’t crashing in the afternoon.

On the day I recieved my box of frozen super food smoothies we had been working around the house and had not thought about lunch.  My husband immediately blended up one of these Revive Super Food frozen smoothies for a quick filling lunch.  Since then I have had a Revive Super Food smoothie after my morning workout or when I am having a extra busy day at home with the kids.  I highly recommend you give Revive Super Food frozen smoothies a try. They have given me such peace of mind knowing I am putting something healthy into my body that was quick and easy to make.

What I like about these Revive Super Food frozen smoothies is that they come ready to blend all you do is add your favorite liquid.  I used whole milk but you could use oat or almond milk as well.  It is also a very simple process once you sign up you then choose your products and plan, then pick up at your door.  Blend and enjoy!  Order yours now using code CINCITYSTYLEEDITION55 for 55% off your order!
