Using the GiltCity App to find local deals at Mister Collins

For an after birthday celebration we went to Mister Collins in the One Bal Harbor for brunch.  Thanks to  Gilt City Miami I bought this really great deal to try out a high end restaurant turning a gloomy day into a beautiful one.  Mister Collins offers a little french country and masculinity with it leather chairs and white linens.  The food was remarkable and service was really on point.
The best thing about eating out in restaurants is hearing my fiancee describe every dish.  He will tell me exactly how everything is made and the process that is used and what flavors I should be looking for.  Before I can get what I’m thinking he’s already said it which is so cool because it’s like he can read my mind.  Check some of the yummy food we had.

The bite was bigger but he wouldn’t let me post that pic.  I still love it cause you know it tasted as good as it looks.

Duck Confit Hash

Fontal Croque Madame

PNS Farm Eggwich…..there’s pork belly in this sandwich it’s what sold it for me.

3-cheese biscuit, pork belly dripping with peach marmalade

48-Hour Rib Sandwich
Soft Pretzels…the mustard on the side was the best I literally ate it with everything!

Mister Collins sent us home with an assortment of treats, chocolate brownies, lemon cake, chocolate and power coated nuts were all so tasty.  My nephew had a blast tasting all the sweets even though he doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth.  I think he just likes opening up packages.

Even with all the rain over the weekend and the gloomy day outside we had tons of fun eating, drinking, and laughing with each other.  I love spending everyday with my other half and I am blessed to have such an incredible person in my life to enjoy these moments with.
